How to Go from Fat to Fit for Your Healthy Lifestyle

Author:NeuroGym Team

Every diet works short-term, but they almost never work long-term. Am I right?

In this video, I share the secrets behind what I discovered about weight-loss . . . by hiring some of the leading experts in the world. I put them on to my team to help me understand the “inner game” and the science and nutrition around fat loss.

Learn how I went from fat and flabby at 45 to fit and firm at 55.

Most people who set a goal to lose weight do it either for a reason or a season. Usually, the reason is short-term like: “I want to wear my favorite sundress . . . I want to look great in my tux . . . I want to look good for my 30th high-school reunion party.”

Here’s the difference that I found between the people who lost weight and gained it all back and the people who lost the weight and kept it off.

They all had a vision for what their life would be like with them releasing the weight and enjoying the things that releasing the weight would make them do and feel and how much more energy they would have. But there was one other thing that was huge.

The people who made a lifetime decision and commitment to releasing weight to keep it off for good were the ones who stuck to the weight-loss program they needed. The people who just wanted to lose weight to look good on the beach gained it all back the following winter.

Step number one is making a commitment to yourself. When drive and motivation are there, your mindset and behaviors will change. Ready to go from fat to fit for your life?

Watch the video and take the next steps to winning the game of weight-loss. And don’t forget to download my super smoothie for overall health. Here’s to your healthy life!
