Most people who set a goal to lose weight do it either for a reason or a season. Usually, the reason is short-term like: “I want to wear my favorite sundress . . . I want to look great in my tux . . . I want to look good for my 30th high-school reunion party.”
Here’s the difference that I found between the people who lost weight and gained it all back and the people who lost the weight and kept it off.
