And we all know that being overwhelmed can be stressful.
Welcome to the Innercise on getting stuff done! Here's where we use proven psychology and the latest advancements in neuroscience to help keep you focused and calm as you move through your day.
We call this Innercise, "Fractionalizing." It will help you organize
1. Make a list of all the to-do's you have in your head. Write them on a piece of paper, create an Evernote document, use sticky notes, or whatever works for you, just keep writing until you have everything you need to get done out of your head.
2. Choose the 3 most important tasks from your list and put those tasks on your schedule.
3. Do those three tasks and repeat until every task is complete.
It's that simple. The trick is to stop yourself from freaking out, and get yourself to a state where you’re thinking “I can do this!” Make it easy to accomplish your goals, and you will. Happy Fractionalizing!
