How to Reprogram Your Brain for Optimal Health

Author: John Assaraf | January 9, 2017

Research shows that over 95 percent of people who go on a diet, especially when their only strategy for losing weight is the diet, end up regaining the weight.

In this video, I talk with leading nutrition and fat loss expert, Ari Whitten, to discuss the best way to go about losing the fat and keeping it off.

Ari Whitten's work and approach to fat loss has two primary aims.

  1. Maximizing overall vitality and energy levels.

  2. To achieve permanent fat loss by working with your biology, rather than temporary fat loss you get through programs that work against your biology.

The environment we live in has a lot of factors pushing our physiology toward fat storage. And when we're trying to lose fat, it's really an uphill battle . . . because we're surrounded by an environment that's not conducive to being fit and lean.

As a culture, we are physiology being pushed toward fat gain.

We basically live in a world filled with unnatural, processed, and fast foods that are not really compatible with our evolutionary design, and they're always available to us . . . at every moment of the day and night. No wonder it's so difficult to lose weight naturally!

Sure these foods may make us feel good for a little while (supply us with a temporary reward via the release of dopamine), but in the long run, addiction to these types of unhealthy foods can cause obesity and disease.

And according to neuroscience, "dieting" may even make you fat. Sure you can go on an extreme diet and starve your body into a temporary fat loss, but we all know that approach is unsustainable and unhealthy.

The greatest tool for health is your mindset and your body's wisdom.

When it comes to your health and eating habits, it’s easy to forget that you are a unique being rather than a consuming machine. In your quest for the perfect, flawless body, you assume that the latest fad diet advertised on the newsstand must be the way to a better looking you. The truth is: There's no one right diet that works for everyone. But you can reprogram your brain for a healthy mindset, which can lead to fat loss, focus, and energy.

If you want to learn how to win the weight loss game . . . and maintain focus and energy throughout your day, download the guide to losing weight and keeping it off the natural way. It will help you along your journey toward optimal health and well-being.
