Here’s the deal. Emotional overwhelm is a state of being your mind creates when there’s so much on your plate that you cannot possibly fathom getting it all done.

We call this Innercise, "Fractionalizing." It will help you organize you to-do list and eliminate stress.
Try thisInnerciseto eliminate feeling overwhelmed. . . . and get on track to accomplish everything on your to-do list.
1. Make a list of all the to-do's you have in your head. Write them on a piece of paper, create an Evernote document, use sticky notes, or whatever works for you, just keep writing until you have everything you need to get done out of your head.
2. Choose the 3 most important tasks from your list and put those tasks on your schedule.
3. Do those three tasks and repeat until every task is complete.
It's that simple. The trick is to stop yourself from freaking out, and get yourself to a state where you’re thinking “I can do this!” Make it easy to accomplish your goals, and you will. Happy Fractionalizing!
